I specialize in board fundraising activation.
I’ve spent years working inside nonprofits, as a founder, a board member, and a consultant, watching the same pattern happen over and over:
Board members mean well. They care about the mission.
What they lack is clarity, structure, and leadership that shows them how to take responsibility for funding and fundraising without being pushed, forced, or coerced.
Over the years, I have worked with nonprofit organizations across the United States to address this gap.
I have helped leaders activate boards that were passive, disengaged, or unclear on their role. Boards that learned how to step up, take responsibility for funding, support fundraising properly, and build the organization alongside leadership.
This work has contributed to the development of stronger boards, healthier leadership dynamics, and more consistent fundraising outcomes across multiple organizations, including those that have gone on to raise millions in unrestricted funding.
Through my work, I developed a repeatable process, one that works because it meets board members where they actually are, and guides them to start supporting fundraising
That repeatable process is what I call The Board Fundraising Activation System.
