We store information submitted through the nonprofit board assessment and Board Applicant Network, including contact information, organization or professional details, board preferences and uploaded résumés or CVs.
Board Applicant Profiles
Applicant profiles and résumés are stored to review genuine board opportunities. Profiles may be shared with nonprofit organizations only for legitimate board-opportunity consideration and only when the applicant gives profile-sharing permission.
Email Communications
United States nonprofit contacts may receive weekly board-building emails. United States and United Kingdom applicants may receive genuine board-opportunity emails connected to opportunities that may match their profiles. Board applicants do not receive automatic weekly or monthly emails.
How Information Is Used
Submitted information is used to respond to requests, review nonprofit board needs, manage applicant profiles and contact people about relevant services or board opportunities. Personal information is not sold.
Résumés and Contact Details
Résumés, CVs and contact details are protected in persistent storage and are not publicly disclosed.
Your Choices
Email recipients may unsubscribe at any time. People may request correction or deletion of their assessment, applicant profile, résumé or contact information.
Email Processing
Resend processes email contact details, audience segments, topic subscriptions, delivery information and unsubscribe preferences for Nonprofit Board Builder.
Network Availability
The Board Applicant Network is currently limited to professionals living in the United States and United Kingdom.
