But throughout these experiences, I've come to believe something very strongly.

There are many things nonprofit founders and executive directors spend thousands of dollars hiring professionals to do that they could actually accomplish themselves.

Sometimes, all they need is someone who understands the process, can show them what to do, and can give them the right tools to get started.

That's one of the reasons I decided to step away from my previous consulting role and build my own business.

I wanted to make my knowledge and experience accessible to nonprofit leaders who are willing to take charge of solving the challenges facing their organizations.

I believe there's no better place to apply yourself and develop your abilities than in your own organization.
